# Nodal

> Nodal (also called ToolTab v2) is a desktop workspace for AI coding agents and terminals: an Agent Mode that works with ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code and local Ollama models, a Tab Mode of real terminals, a notification center, a plugin system and deep theming. Windows first, currently in beta testing, built in public on The Late Build livestream.
